Bought some products from the company online. Product has not been delivered over 2 weeks, poor communication from the company regarding the product. 72 Hours has long passed and still no response despite calling almost everyday for someone to shed some light. So disappointed and will never shop or recommend this store to anyone again.

Sent the wrong items in my delivery. Phoned customer services and was told would have to wait 72 hours for head office to contact me. No point in having a cistomer services if they can't actually do anything to help you. Customer services couldn't give me an answer for any of my questions just kept repeating would have to wait for head office to ring me

I would give no star at all if it was an option.

I order 21 50l boxes with clip on lids for my house move. The boxes were of decent quality. 3 for £12 and £8.95 for delivery. A few of those boxes were broken when they arrived but none of the lids could be clipped on securely (possibly the wrong lids?).

Customer service hotline was unable to help at all. I was told that only way to get in contact is by email and someone would reply within 72hrs not including weekends and public holidays.

I rang them again after 72hrs when I didn't get a reply. Again, to be told again that all communications with customer service are by email only.

One would expect the agent on customer service hotline to resolve a simple issue of damaged and wrong items delivered.

Well, I'm still waiting for someone to respond to my first email. I'm definitely not buying from them again. If you have, good luck. Pray that your order arrived intact as you can't expect any good customer service at all.

Incorrect shelf labels to product filling, twice in a week. Left embarrassed when questioning it & without product because I wanted it at price on lable. Not my fault your staff can't fill up correctly

No after sale customer service!
Ordered an awning which was incorrectly described. Returned the item to their returns centre 3 weeks ago and within the returns period. I have emailed several times Over the past 4 weeks with no reply, telephone number permanently engaged (even at 6am and 9pm🤔) and to date I have had no refund. I understand staffing levels are lower than usual but if you can’t cope with the customer aftercare then limit what you sell. Happy to take your money but not give back what they owe. I do not recommend you order from their website at this time. Ironically their customer service email is customercare@. There is zero customer care from QD. Surely they can have a staff member at least answering emails. They can do that from home!

Customer service is a catastrophe. They shipped my item one month after purchasing it via their website which is pretty much exactly one month off delivery lead time. No reaction from customer service for weeks. I relied on this item (shed eco base) and was let down completely.

I can't believe QD There head office couldn't be bothered to reply to my complaint re split bags of compost for the second time so never going to shop there again We run a project The Wooden Top Gardeners in Lowestoft & I am terminally poorly but they just don't care at all

The staff will go out of their way to help you , very friendly and efficient. A great range off cheap affordable home produce . Would recommend to anyone holding a light budget.
