N7 Dental Care

The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The dentist whom I see is fantastic and very professional. He always makes me feel comfortable and explains what he will be doing.
The surgery is spotless and I always recommend them to friends and family

The dental assistant Angie (I think I got the name right?!) is an absolute star. I was so nervous after not having been to the dentist in 10 years & she made me feel so much better. I then had to go in for an extraction & another time for fillings & I was so thankful that she was there both times. She knows how to take your mind off what is happening & has a great sense of humour. Reception staff were great & the dentists were kind & reassuring whilst getting the job done. I won’t be leaving it for another 10 years again!

The staff as you enter are very welcoming professional. The dentist I'd seen was A1 again I was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained to me.100% professionalism all round. I must say the surgery as a whole was spotless. Keep up the good work N7

Extremely professional practice the receptionists are amazing so professional warm and friendly just what you want as a first point of contact.The dentists are very professional and calming making you feel at ease and always informed on what needs doing. Couldn't recommend enough will never go anywhere else now I have found this place.

Unfortunately, I have to leave this practice for good. I found the receptionist rude uninterested and generally unpleasant. Every time I visit the practice the receptionist engage in a loud conversation amongst themselves which the patients can hear and I find it so unprofessional. I really think they all could benefit from some customer service training as no one seems to care about how they are being perceived.

Having put up with this dental practice for several years, I finally reached the end of my patience with their ongoing poor level of service, bad practice and attempts to overcharge patients at every opportunity.

Initially changed my assigned dentist, as I found his professional profile and qualifications to be inaccurate.

Things got worse over time with cancelled appointments. Receptionists consistently being rude and arrogant and no management staff willing to take responsibility.

The most recent issue being I was quoted and agreed a cost for their hygienist service, upon completion of the treatment, I was informed there would be an increase in price, despite challenging the assertion and providing evidence of their quote, it was maintained that I had made the mistake.

I requested a written response from their practice manager on 2 occasions, all requests were ignored which was the catalyst for my moving to another dental practice.

If you value your time, money and dental health, I advise you to seek alternative services of another NHS dental provider

I love this dentist, Sarah Al-Tim has always been amazing. She has saved the day several times but especially yesterday when I had a bit of an emergency and magically squeezed me in at literally 1minutes notice. A very caring, friendly practice.
