Casady was very helpful and she gave me all the information I needed. the consultation took about and hour and she was very detailed throughout my appointment, answering all my questions and concerns. I left the studio feeling very happy and I’m looking forward to receiving my treatment and finally having a great smile! Thanks again Casady :)

I came to the Croydon WonderSmile clinic yesterday for a consultation. Casady was very friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the whole appointment. She was also very informative about the whole treatment process which answered all my questions that I had about the procedure. I had my wondersmile consultation done with consultant Casady. It was a great experience. She was very patient, thorough and knowledgeable. I was very comfortable and I could ask all my questions and they were met with adequate answers. The scan itself was simple and stress free.

I had my appointment with a Consultant named Casady at the Croydon branch. She made the whole experience very easy, and explained the whole process to me with much detail. She was very friendly and informative, which made my decision to go ahead with the treatment much easier. I would recommend the Croydon branch due to the great service I received!

Casady was really kind, helpful and very professional during my visit. I feel confident in my knowledge of the process and would definitely recommend!! They are also following the COVID guidelines well as your temperature is taken before your meeting. :)

My initial appointment was great and I felt really assured about my upcoming treatment

I’ve had two courses of Wondersmile and my teeth have barely changed.

I was promised contact from the Wondersmile team during both of my courses. I have never received contact at all to let me know that my progress is as it should be or not. Despite the fact that I was receiving emails about monthly photo uploads but this was apparent that nobody was reviewing them

I never received the blue box or service which was advertised.

Overall, a disappointment in service and product quality.
Absolutely not worth it at all.

I had an appointment almost 4 weeks ago and was told I would receive a treatment plan with 16 days. I’m yet to receive a treatment or receive any form of communication on what is happening. Even though I have already paid a deposit for the treatment.
