Came in very sure I have most likely had to spend a fortune fixing most of the teeth in my mouth. Dr Hazel not only was super friendly and understanding, she also fix one one teeth - she advised no more was needed at that point if I look after my mouth properly.
I couldn't had walked out happier from the clinic.
She definitely didn't want to make a fortune from me if it was not necessary for my health. Was very friendly and put my mind in ease (apart from my tooth!)
Receptionist staff were friendly and helpful.
Will definitely go back there next time I need any dental care!

Very rude receptionist.
She doesnt care hung up the phone mid sentence( I was still talking)
Left them 3 messages. Did not receive a single call back.
There are lots of dentist around, customers will move on to the next but this dentist will eventually fail. Its only a matter of time.
No skin off our backs.

Just thought people should be aware before making a dental choice

I really don't like leaving bad reviews as I'm aware it can affect businesses negatively- this is aimed at the business owner - please review the manner of your receptionist. She was abrupt and rude cutting me off in mid sentence also disrespectful by putting the phone down on me. It appears I'm not the first to experience this.

I don't like to write negative reviews but I am hoping this will get them to take note and improve the service. For the past few weeks I have called numerous times to get an appointment (I am an existing patient) , it just rings and rings until I am cut off every time. I decided to message instead but still have not had a reply. I have given up now and moved to a new practice.

Had severe toothache due to grinding and nerve exposure and whilst they did the right referral to a government hospital specialist for long term solution, did nothing much to help the pain (prescribed fluoride toothpaste!!) as it needed root canal treatment (got it done 3 days later at another dentist). Perhaps because I was registered as a NHS patient, they didn’t want to do the procedure for a low charge and hence couldn’t bother much - I will perhaps never know now as unlikely to visit them again other than regular checkups if at all

There looks to be some work and training needed across most areas of the business. It could also do with some TLC in public waiting areas and facilities.

The practice is never going to consistently impress clients currently, I imagine experiences will be quite varied depending on when you attend and who you interact with.

Bottom line there are better dental practices out there but if this one is convenient for you to attend, they seem to be delivering a safe standard of professional care.

The Receptionist has a major attitude problem.
I think this company needs to get a new receptionist if they want to stop losing customers. So the practice called me about booking my first appointment with them and this receptionist was condescending, impatient, and took no accountability for her own mistakes. This toxic receptionist claimed that I had phoned the wrong practice by mistake, when they called me, and kept complaining about my signal - using the same sarcastic "Hello" repeatedly to make me feel bad about it. If you work in a job like reception, you not only have to be a skilled communicator but a polite and patent person as well - this woman was awful.
