The Clinic Dental Facial

I cannot recommend the Clinic Dential Facial enough. I had been suffering with pain in my arm and shoulder for a number of weeks and after a recommendation from a colleague I booked an appointment for a hot stones massage.
After a 30 minute treatment my symptoms we much improved and after a follow up appointment my pain was gone and i have not had any pain since.
The staff are extremely professional and so polite and thoughtful and I will be returning for further appointments to keep things in check.

I have been coming to The Clinic Dental Facial for a number of years now, firstly as a dental patient when I moved into the area, and recently also to see Debbie in the Beauty Salon for a massage once a month, and can honestly say that the service here is second to none. All the staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and will put you at your ease, no matter what you are having done. The proof of how good I think they are is that, if I moved out of the area, I would still come back here!

I have been to three other places in Haywards Heath and all their appointments were available in 6 to 8 weeks.
The lady at the reception is friendly and happy to help with information.
My dentist Dr Mads Nyborg and his assitant Anne are both amazing! They treated my tooth and I felt no pain.
The waiting area lounge is quite relaxing, the music in the background calms you in case you are nervous about the dentist.
I recommend it to everyone that wants to go somewhere where they are treated nice, where the professionalism is at high standards!

Fantastic dental clinic, top rate facilities, professional friendly staff, great service overall.

My experience at this practice was not ideal, in fact it was dreadful. Lead clinician does what he wants.
Deliberately concealed removal of one implant despite non-disclosure in an email when asked, two days beforehand. Fails to listen to patient concerns, ignores budgetary aspects and it is all about the revenue. Pricing is very inflated and uncompetitive.
I secured a full refund for aborted work and moved to a more cohesive, constructive and helpful practice.
Clinical manager was not helpful.
BUPA busy buying up private dentist practices, hikes prices and offers little recourse.
Only winner is the seller of the dental practice to BUPA.

Iv been going to the dentist for 20 years and live 1 hour drive away my son also comes with me and lives in Hastings my best friend also lives one hour away so if we weren’t so happy with our dentist we would go somewhere local

I was so relieved to arrive at this dental practice having had a very bad experience with previous dental practice. They looked after me very well, communicated very well and seemed to work magic on my teeth. I will definitely be returning. Thank you everyone.
