Avoid, avoid. Absolutely clueless. I’ve never dealt with such an in professional company in all my life. Delay in starting my treatment. I had a metal wire retainer already on the back of my front 2 teeth. I was told my a member of staff when initially discussing my treatment plan that they would take care of that as part of my treatment. I was later told during lockdown I had to seek out a dentist & pay myself for it to be removed. After lots of WhatsApp messages the same member of staff told me I was liar & that he didn’t say it would be taken care of. Eventually a manager called me to apologise & I started my treatment. I was told that my treatment would take 4 months. Well nearly a year on I’m still not done. I was asked to go back & repeat several steps. I was also sent another box of aligner that they called a refinement. This was all supposed to be finished in time for me wedding in 2 weeks. I wish I had paid more & gone to a more professional company who hadn’t set me unrealistic expectations.

Really happy with my appointment. The staff was great, very friendly and they explained thoroughly the whole process and treatment with the PlusDent aligners. Highly recommend!

Dear customer please think twice before using plus dent Worst experience ever if I could give no stars Poor quality.Absolutely awful service. Its just take your money and leave you to it. I paid over £1500 for nothing
