Richard, Fiona and the Tanshire team really deserve 6 stars. We have been coming to them for many years and recommend them without reservation. Richard explains each treatment in detail and goes to great lengths to make it as comfortable and painless as possible. The whole team are very courteous, friendly and have the personal touch.

Richard and Fiona have been my dentist for approximately 20 years and their dentistry work is of the highest quality. They are empathic and gentle, understanding that some procedures can be difficult for me.
The dental nurses are also empathic, working as one with the dentists. All the nurses I've experienced are excellent but Jo, the nurse I usually see, is exceptional.
Lorraine, the receptionist I speak to most most frequently, is always charming and helpful.
In all, the staff model team work at its best and I would not hesitate to recommend The Tanshire Clinic.

I have been attending The Tanshire Clinic over the last year, as a very nervous patient and having not attended a regular dentist for many years.

The service and treatment that I have received has been exceptional. Richard is a calm and reassuring presence and explained every step of the treatment as he was carrying it out. The appointments also never felt rushed or hurried.

I am very pleased to be back attending a dentist on a regular basis and plan to keep attending for regular check ups and any dental treatment required in the future with Richard.

Customer service and standard of care at this practice is incredible. I’ve recently had a procedure that involves a local anaesthetic. The numbing gel meant I felt nothing when I had the local anaesthetic injection. The whole process was pain-free and I was spoken to for every step of the way. I have been to quite a few dentists in my time and they top them all. Also, special mention to the hygienist who equally makes your visit very comfortable with numbing gel and warm water so if you have sensitive teeth like me there is nothing to worry about, because you don’t feel a thing!

I had neglected my teeth for some considerable time and knew I needed help. I had been briefly to the Tanshire Clinic for some treatment before and felt happy with this. When my dentist retired I decided to go back to the clinic to see if they were able to help. The reception I received put me at ease as it was non judgemental and they confirmed they would be able to help. The result after a few months is remarkable in that following treatment and implants I can eat normally again and be pain free. I am so very grateful to Richard, Nick, Nazreem and all the team at the Tanshire Clinic and I would recommend them and their high hygiene standards without hesitation. Richard started looking after my teeth when I was in my teens. Roll forward a few years and he is still looking after them in my forties. There was a short period when I went to an alternative dentist when my work took me to London. But it didn't last long - I had not appreciated until I went elsewhere just what quality of service and confidence Richard and his team give to a patient. I am now back with Richard and the 3 hour round trip is worth every minute. Richard is technically the best dentist I have come across and I have absolute confidence in his abilities. I would highly recommend him and the rest of the team at the Tanshire Clinic to anyone looking for a dentist.

I can highly recommend the Tanshire Dental Clinic. All the staff are extremely professional and caring. Richard's skill is exceptional and every step of the treatment was fully explained. He and his nurse, Jo, made me feel very welcome and comfortable. I travelled a long way to visit this practice and I'm very glad that I did.

Fantastic care and professionalism from everyone at the practice. Superb dentist with years of experience, tremendously friendly and professional hygienist, and super helpful receptionist. We’re lucky to have found them so nearby. I can’t recommend the Tanshire Clinic enough!
