Lush Cosmetics St Albans

Great place to grab yourself something nice for a day in, or even if you looking for a gift for someone. The place is a bit small and crowded but the smells are amazing from all the soap products. The presentation of products and colours is also emasculate and the staff are very welcoming and lovely. Definitely recommend visiting if your in the area.

I had a delightful shopping experience in Lush yesterday. I was looking for stocking fillers for my daughter. The welcome was very friendly, but not overpowering, the advice from all of the staff was very agreeable and I left very happy. Well done Lush!

Very helpful staff, i had a bad back and they found me a chair and did my shopping for me, even bringing over the card machine for payment

I have visited Lush in St Albans numerous times and always find the staff to be very helpful and keen to share their awesome products. I have often been served by Josie who is a great ambassador for Lush . She always remembers me and what products I like. Other staff are great too. There is a lovely atmosphere in this store and the products are the best. If you want great service and products you are in the right place with Lush St Albans.

The fact that you can literally smell this store from around the corner speaks volumes!

Beautifully set out, staff are warm, welcoming and friendly and there if you need help.

I have often gone in there with my head down not knowing what I want to buy but the staff there are so lovely and want to help you find the best item for yourself. I've never liked being approached in a store and Lush are notorious for doing so but I genuinely enjoy going into this store because staff don't pester you - they are more like a friend helping you to find something great!

Highly recommend for anyone that is after a gift for a loved one or a gift for yourself, the Lush crew members are there on hand to help you find the perfect item !
