Lush Cosmetics Carmarthen

The staff (Benny, Nettle & Kaz) were so incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very knowledgeable about all the products but most importantly they were welcoming and made feel very comfortable.
During my visit they told me about a bath bomb workshop that was taking place the next day, I signed up for it with my little girl… we had a great time and I can’t recommend it enough! My daughter absolutely loved it!

I decided to make a trip with my partner to visit the Lush in Carmarthen as I haven't had the best experience with my local store in Swansea. We were greeted by a lovely person (I'm sorry I didn't catch their name, but they were super kind and told me they had just started there! Gorgeous long braided hair with glasses, we talked about One Piece for a bit!?) They let us browse a bit before we were approached by Karyss. Me and my partner both struggle a little with social interaction but with Karyss we both felt at ease straight away. Very friendly and easy to talk to, as well as helped us out with a gift purchase and even showed me how to use the latest 'Joints' massage bar by treating me to a lovely arm massage demonstration. I spent quite a bit of time in the store and I can honestly say it was the best experience and service I've ever received in any Lush shop I have visited..and I used to work for the company! 😄
Highly recommend if you're visiting Carmarthen, overall a clean spacious store with wonderful staff and lots to offer. I'll definitely be visiting again in the future!

Superb customer experience at your Carmarthen store. We received a warm greeting from the staff with our spaniel, Maggie. Aimee then chatted to us, and showed my girls 9/10yr first about bathing, and soothing sleepy products explaining the smells and how they worked, letting them
touch and feel them. Then about facial/skincare items for them and me. Needless to say we went away with a huge stash of goodies and a really good understanding of how to use them. Mummy also received a lovely birthday gift too, which was really thoughtful and recommendations about a visit to lush spa for my big birthday next year. A wonderful experience- thank you so much Aimee and your colleague at Carmarthen, it made our day

Was looking to purchase a new shower gel but the sales assistant scared me off a bit by giving me every scent to smell! Really do love Lush tho sometimes you just want to be left alone to explore.

Thanks to Michelle for the help today…. I was unsure what to buy but felt really happy leaving with an amazingly well presented gift. Nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend to anyone stuck for gift ideas, the variety in store is brilliant and there’s certainly something for everyone. Thank you.

I came into the store not knowing exactly I wanted. I was approached by a beautiful blue haired individual with tinsel in their hair. As my skin is very sensitive, even to sunlight, it was a welcomed change to have someone be so knowledgeable about sensitive products that wouldn’t make my skin or scalp flair up. She showed me the the Lazy range, and also sold me what they had left of the Bat bath bombs Halloween, which is my favourite animal.

Had gr8 shopping experience in carmarthen lush this afternoon....all staff were lovely...but PoppyJo went out of her way to help me decide wot presents I needed...I went in with muddled brain..(Christmas shopping gets to me and I stress...lol) but Poppy helped me greatly....Will be going next sat to finish shopping and i ll ask.for Poppyjo....Happy with my visit...jan x

Had the most wonderful experience today! Went into store and spoke with a staff member about how we were disappointed about an order being cancelled online and went to get any last minute bits we could find in the sale. Staff member was beyond helpful showing us all the products we would like, gave us a demonstration of a new product (which was very cool!) While suggesting items we could buy to make up for our cancelled order. We go in often and always have a positive experience but today really showed how genuinely kind the staff here are. I completely forgot to get the name of the staff member, but they were the loveliest, and really made our day!
