Lush is the best shop ever... I love the smell of the shop , and knowing all the fragrances are natural and not chemically produced is amazing.. The staff are amazing full knowledge on all the products they have to offer . they understand skin health weather you skin very itchy, or oily, or dry... And hair care too .. Very friendly without blurring the lines of being too in you face and not letting you browse .. Top quality items I love bath bombs there .. Something for everyone

Me and my partner indulge ourselves in a monthly visit to Lush and every time we are greeted by the lovely pink haired Megan! Nowadays it is uncommon to come across a member of retail staff who is as remotely kind as her. She is Helpful, Courteous and an all around pleasant person to talk to. She also knows her stuff! I came in with a plethora of questions and things I needed and she spent a considerable amount of time walking me through all the varieties of Moisturizers, Shampoo and Conditioners. She stands out from the rest and goes above and beyond in customer service. Thank you for making our day and look forward to seeing you soon!

I visited lush Swansea a few days ago and I’ve got to say The staff were incredible , I had no idea what I needed to get I was so overwhelmed , Until one of the employees ( crystal ) indulged in a conversation with me about one of the gift sets she showed me everything in the box and really helped me decide what to get , it’s not often you find someone willing to go above and beyond to help you ! I swear I kept her for ages I felt like a right nuisance but she was incredibly understanding and made it seem so easy. I feel like I needed to speak out about this as it really made my day.

I visited the Lush store in Swansea on 24th May and had an amazing shopping experience. This was my first non-essential store visit since the easing of lockdown. I felt confident with Covid mitigation measures and health & safety in the store. The staff were extremely helpful. I was served by Sian who knew the store and products inside out and quickly got the stuff I needed. I was provided with the information needed to make decision about buying Lush products and their usage. The checkout was quick and pleasant too with all my items nicely wrapped and packed with carbon friendly recycled material. Thanks Sian and team at Swansea Lush, you are amazing ! I went here to lush today and had an amazing experience there was lots of stock and polite staff- Isaac was really helpful and informative he showed us around and showed us bath bombs and told us about them.
