Fantastic customer service! I cannot praise the staff enough! I needed a last minute reaper costume and they had it ready and waiting for me to collect in 5 minutes. From start to finish, wonderful! They have everything you could ever need.. so much stock and good quality! Asset to the community. Thank you all so much!!

I rang ahead to check opening times and advise what I was looking for. When I arrived, the clothes was set aside waiting for me! I went to purchase ballet clothing for my petite 3 year old. Very helpful and knowledgeable ensuring I got the right fit and explaining what the examiners expect with ballet shoes (even though we are no where near exam stage). The explanation was good to know so I understand why I was given a particular size and reassurance that the size is good even though it didn't look right! Also gave advice on how to look after ballet shoes such as wipe clean and don't wear outdoors. Unfortunately, not everything I wanted was in stock but it was ordered for me with quick delivery date. The staff were very relaxed with my two children running around the shop playing, and the lovely customers in the shop at this time were chilled with this too! Although I could find online for a bit cheaper, nothing beats a personal service, being able to try the clothes on first and getting help with the right size so you buy with confidence! A great local shop with plenty of dance shoes to choose from, in all sizes. We had a lovely chat with the woman who served us and all the people in the shop said goodbye to us as we left. A lovely shopping experience.
