Lovely cottage with full accessibility, linda and stan are lovely, very welcoming and excellent hosts, very local to main centre , liverpool, Southport and blackpool, we even used as base to visit milton keynes, m6 bit of a nightmare but comfy beds and good night sleep was well worth it, would defo recommend to others and good bus links from cottage, thank you for a lovely stay and hope to see you again, keep up the good work, lovely and it shows x

Had the most amazing time staying at Cross Farm Cottages. Linda is amazing and Stan a hoot, they are both wonderful hosts and can't do enough for you to make sure you have a great stay. Terrific cottages in a great location.

Had an amazing 3 days here! Rooms are well organised and spotlessly clean. Cross farm Cottages is really a great place to stay and enjoy peace. Working people are fantastic and utmost in their profession.

We spent six great days at Cross Farm. The cottages are spotlessly clean, very modern, and fully equipped, with super comfy beds. Lovely cottages in a beautiful location, with wonderful friendly and helpful hosts. When we are up that way next time, we'll be sure to stay there, if they have an availablity.
