This is a fantastic B&B in a very convenient quiet central location. My room downstairs was very comfortable and the double bed especially so and Alison was so helpful friendly and welcoming and provided great breakfasts on the two days we were there. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at Garden Cottages 😃 We stayed for three nights. Very nice location. Very nice room. Very nice breakfast. We got food of our own choice, and we even got sandwiches to bring for our walking on the Downs (which we also can recommend). The landlord and landlady were supernice people 😃 We would love to come back.

Very welcoming and delightful bed and breakfast. Lovely room and facilities and the owners are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delicious and they very kindly made sandwiches for our walking. Highly recommended. Good central position for the town and booking arrangements were easy.

We always stay here when over from Germany especially if visiting Glyndebourne. Super convenient location; very comfortable rooms with nice bathrooms, delicious breakfast, and run by Alison and her husband, a warm and delightful couple who know endless amounts about the town and local area.

For me total ripoff! The room was not very nice , it was cold and noisy. The owners had a dinner party thenight i went and i could hear everything from the room . I wouldnt pay more than 30 pounds for this room and i was charged 70. Big mistake ! Wont repeat it and wont recommend .
