Beautiful setting and a great location. The house in general is fine. Big rooms, plenty of space. Fairly well equipped. The only thing that really lets it down is horrendous bed mattresses. Uncomfortable and sponge like. Probably could not stay again unless there were new mattresses. Hot tub is tired and needs an overhaul. But still very pleasant.

This is a spacious cottage. Large rooms with a large conservatory. The rooms have TVs as does the conservatory. One bedroom is ensuite, plus there is a family bathroom. The Hot Tub is a nice extra and is secluded behind the cottage. There is plenty of parking and the view is over farmland.
There is a heritage steam railway station near by and a small butterfly house. As well as a nature reserve with Red Kite feeding.
Aberystwyth is not too far, so shopping and beaches.
The cottage is really good, clean (except for a stain on the bed cover, not too sinister looking) and spacious. WiFi was intermittent, but TV iPlayer worked fine, so I presume it was an issue with the equipment. Hot Tub needed some sediment clearing from the bottom, but the water was fresh and clean.
Overall, very good and we would definitely stay again.

This place is massive, loving a bit of luxury that this house offers.
