People happy to assist and help, could’ve been a five star if parking in Grosvenor road could be reviewed as residents are dis-advantaged by just living in a wrong block, parking is costly and horrible, would avoid Grosvenor road in my next lifetime, not a business friendly location

Watched one of your elite weed control team walking down the path phone stuck to his left ear spraying the tarmac on the road. It’s no wonder there’s weeds everywhere. Well done RBC for employing this one

Absolutely shambolic. Chasing people for car parking fines despite them buying tickets.
An absolute disgrace.

I’ve reported the homeless man that is sleeping rough outside the doorway of trident house, he is sleeping in a thin sleeping bag with holes in it, in freezing cold conditions and NOTHING has been done to help this guy off the the streets. I spoke to him again and he isn’t aware of his rights, the council hasn’t discussed this with him and are denying him of his basic human needs! They haven’t called to check on him despite numerous reports from other members of the public concerned for his welfare.
He is clearly very vulnerable and lacks mental clarity about the severity of his situation! You need to help start a clear dialogue with this man discussing his options because he is eligible for help, he should be offered shelter and be immediately signed up for a housing application to get the ball rolling but you are denying him this! You can’t be bothered and are turning a blind eye, it is so unfair.
I’ve told him to sleep outside the council offices doorway! Maybe then you’ll see him.
Sad times we live. - UPDATE- HOMELESS MAN HAS NOW BEEN LIVING IN A ROOM WITHIN A SHARED HOUSE THAT THE COUNCIL HAS HELPED ATTAIN. I HAVE TO GIVE CREDIT WHERE IT IS DUE. WELL DONE TO THE STAFF WITHIN THE HOUSING TEAM THAT ALSO LOOKOUT FOR YOUNG VULNERABLE MALES.

I often have to deal with the 3 local councils, Hart, Rushmoor & Surrey Heath. Regardless of the department that I need to speak to, Rushmoor are absolutely head and shoulders better than the others both in terms of friendliness, helpfulness and competency. From the person on reception who blew me away with her ability to answer my technical enquiries as well as Chris in Planning. Thank you so much for looking after the borough in the way that you do!

I have chain of businesses established in different boroughs, recently bought a business in Rushmoor Borough.
Some of the worst and uneducated people work in this council. They don't know much about law, but they visit you enforcing them. And when you correct them, these so called council officers get offended. Pathetic.

Just to make you aware of Karen at Rushmoor (manager) makes you pay the full council tax on an empty 2nd property after the first 2 months!!
I already pay council tax on another property which I don't own but is my home, where as the property l own no one lives there, its empty and I am looking to sell it, its being refurbished, however she will not even give any discount....she told me it is the government law you have to pay council tax on another property but its rubbish as its her choice. It's so inconsiderate as I explained partly my situation the past year and half and all she could say is well its helped some people...that is not something you say to some who is frustrated, struggling massively and upset (I'm sorry she has no people skills). Please find screen shot of a piece of info from the government website which shows they can provide discount but its the council's choice....so wrong and unfair.

I visited here as part of an event with the Rotary club. I found it to be a very pleasant venue and conveniently located. It must also be a great place to conduct council business and a good place to work.
