Saw some graffiti at the corner of Broughton & Furness Rd. but please don't remove it... Furness is home to a nonce decorator named Gordon Hamilton (house #32) and people need to keep their kids safe!

Greedy council who exploit members of the public as and whenever they can.
I drive a van into work and need to pay for parking at nearly £50 a day.
A £5 surcharge because it's diesel and protecting the environment. Apparently I must be charged this extra £5 an hour every hour because even when the vehicle is stationary it's still bad for the environment.
First hour maybe charge a little extra but after that pure greed!

If I could give zero stars I would. Black mould, damp, ceiling fallen in, blood clots on lungs, a sick woman and a disabled child. lbhf are trying to kill their own tenants with this and refuse to move her

Fine is not about punishing offenders it's all about making money.. why do we need such corrupted council ...for all of you parking officers shame on you .. you side with hahynas just to get extra bucks .. its sad they give you tickets for just 2 minutes

Absolutely disgusting Council would also give them a zero if I could, left 2 carers and 2 disabled children living in black mould that's causing health problems refuse to move us to a suitable property that caters for children's individual needs and will take no liability for the ongoing discrimination. AVOID THIS CORRUPT COUNCIL LIKE THE PLAUGE!!!!

Zero stars. Institutionally racist, corrupt housing and repair departments not fit for purpose. Waiting over 10 years for repairs to be carried out.
Complaint department not functional as they get the departments to investigate themselves resulting in findings of not upholding complaints. They collude amongst themselves to hide the truth about serious issues which impact on vulnerable tenants lives. Very poor example of what they are supposed to be...pure lip service and they are getting worst. They should be seriously investigated!! Worst borough ever, nothing to be proud about apart from the genuine workers who carry out their job roles in a professional way and make potential differences in the process of tenancy matters.

Would give zero stars if I could, email after email sent in private documents about my children who have medical needs, and they completely ignored everything. To which now again I’ve had to go to the complaint route for answers, however knowing that these departments collude depending on the outcome, I’ll be taking them ombudsman. Absolutely disgraceful all they have to do is respond. And that’s a problem. What are they getting paid for ?

Unbelievably unhelpful. Phone in system seems to have been designed in the 1800s, which paired with its clunky online system is a pretty useless combo. Heaven forbid should you eventually manage to get through to a human. The rude, aggressive oik, speaking from what sounded like a bath tub, offered zero assistance for what you might have been fooled into thinking was a simple issue. Worth every council tax penny...?
