Hello everyone,
I recently needed help from the council i wanted them to advise me a bout a situation i was in but I didn't know most of its housing department staff in this council were not ordinary staff but all high Court judges and instead of offering help and advise they abused me and accused me and judged me and made me confused while talking they made me feel worthless while I'm working full time and paying taxes for 20 years . Shame on you old ladies of housing department

If i could i would sack you from your work and give a you a toilet cleaning job in public toilets.
Except one kind lady , at least she didn't abuse me verbally like her other colleagues.

If I could give zero stars I would. The whole area is a struggle to park, even residents are offering their driveway for a cost. I parked at the riverside car park because the flat that I rented for the weekend was within walking distance. The car park was full with just one space left but the car next to it was parked really close to the line and was at an angle. I done the right thing and phoned the number of the car park to advise I would be over the lines. The agent said don’t worry I will make a note of it. I got fined and lost an appeal and got charged £75 because I appealed.
Shocking place and shocking council !!!

I wish I could give them zero stars… my daughter recently rang just for some housing advice and the woman Sabrina was so blunt even when my daughter was crying all this so called human could say was there’s nothing I can do … actually my daughter didn’t want you to do anything but give her some advice ! This council needs an overhaul they are totally shocking unhelpful unkind I could go on …..

I really want give 0. I have specific job. In my work I must use motorhome (many locations work). I did parking in laybay Ashford Football Club for take rest after work. Somebody did knock to windows by something metal. He said he is council staff and i can't parking thar. I must get out. Because I said my parking here is legal he did scare me PCN for pay. And he did in real pictures of my van so I expect penalty for pay. At this space doesn't exist any parking restrictions. Typically illegal and antybehavior do. He did me feel discriminate by council

Sorry to say spelthorne council don't even deserve that 1 star . Very rude and you can feel a hint of racist remarks, I've seen them very polite to the same race and when I seen someone form a different background they behave differently..

I feel sorry those who asked help from spelthorne council and got pushed away and others got helped.

Spelthorne council main agenda is to take as much money from the tax payers to fund thier millions pounds (40-60 millions) private property and land around the capital (london)

Parking at the station car park is an absolute shambles. Cant pay for longer than 7pm, remotely or for multi-day. Website doesn't work when you try to appeal

The desk service was helpful and informative. There was a wait and unfortunately no matter how low you keep your voice, everyone in the waiting area can hear your conversation. Majority of those waiting were vocal in complaining about anything the council does and you cannot avoid the rants. There should be some privacy to discuss things and some staff need to be less confrontational. Parking usually available on roadside.
