Rye Cookshop ltd

For the last 2 or 3 decades I have regarded Ironmongers Extraordinary of Rye as the best Cook Shop ever. I have just tried to buy on line as I live 1500km away and sadly I cannot buy on line from the web site, I am rather disappointed as there are no facilities, I think the site is just to show pretty pictures of cookware etc with no indication of prices. I suppose when I am in England I will have buy directly from the shop. Very disappointing.

Right in the middle of Rye is one of the best cookware stores that I’ve been to! They have an amazing selection of useful and decorative kitchen items at fantastic prices. Everything seems of high quality and couldn’t be better laid out. Highly recommend stopping in here.

We have been shopping here for several years. A very good range of kitchen supplies from wooden spoons to high quality cookware. Ressemble prices and a pleasant atmosphere.

Lovely little shop with a surprising amount of cookery items. Lovely owner who is very helpful. It's well worth a look around.

Poor service with incredibly rude owner

The rye cook shop is a lovely little shop, run by Nigel Bourne who is a friendly, supportive and kind local man. All of the 1 star reviews put on his page are false, in response to an interview he gave in which he stated his opinion when asked. Those people sabotaging his business page are cowardly and need to find better use of their time. They should be removed by Google.

great shop selling a good range of products, staffed by its friendly and knowledgeable owner. wish there were more shops like this on High Streets
