Brierley Forest Park

Excellent place for family's with kids and/or dogs.
Great for disabled with well surfaced paths and marked routes on the map.

A wonderful find. Former mine, remodeled into a terrific space for nature and access to walkers, cyclists, horse riders, families, couples, and those with mobility issues. I spent a short while here but could have enjoyed most of the day. Easy parking and access.

Walked for 7 miles round this lovely place. Great for dog walking with brilliant views. Could do with more dog poo bins.

Lovely little park to walk/bike & run around .nice playground for the kids and a really nice cafe there and good prices.Also hosts parkrun every Saturday morning 5k.

Great place to take the kids and the dogs. We keep the dogs on lead and there are certain areas that is expected. There are some lovely trails through the park. Some paved, some through the fields and woods. Great play area for the kids with a lovely cafe that's pretty reasonably priced.

Fantastic little park, well worth a visit.
After a good walk round, the cafe does great snacks and drinks.
Great to unwind.

Lots of parking, loads of paths and it's very clean. Great place to walk your dog
