Great place for a day out. A nice park with a field and play area for children. Plenty of trails to walk on and some you can ride tour bikes on and a nice visitors centre with cafe to get bit of food, drink or ice cream.

Brilliant for a local day out. The long walks on the trails are what I like best. We'll worth coming to if you're in the area and are looking for something to do.

Lovely place to visit with or without children.
Plenty of playing equipment for children of all ages plus lots of woodland walks for adults. Nice little cafe and shop.
Large parking area £2.30 / day for a car.

Love going to Shorne. We love exploring to different routes. Parking is £3.50 for the day. Cafe and toilets available. Ice cream hut and more toilets to the far right of the main building.
Play park for the kids has been updated - big hit for the 7 year old.
The shortest trail - trim trail - could do with a bit of TLC. Lots of areas to explore. Sensory garden, cardiac steps, wooden carvings. Lots to explore!

If you live in the Kent area, Shone Woods Country Park is a great place to go for a morning walk. Peaceful environment.
Very impressed by how well kept the park is.

If you get nervous around dogs, the park does advice owners to have their dogs on a leash but not everyone follows the rules. So be mindful. If i can do it, you can too!

Lovely trails on the site of an old clay quarry and the surrounding hills. There are lots of very well marked routes depending on how strenuous you want your walk to be.

Parking was 2.30 per day (you can't buy less) but there was lots of space. There is a visitor centre (Pro tip, get a map there).

Fantastic place for family walks including fur family with your doggies. Lots of different paths to explore, great open areas for fetch and wooded runs.
The parking was reasonably priced, however was expecting free parking for National Trust members which is a let down. Why pay for National Trust membership without much benefit.
Besides that shall drawback, its a really fantastic walk with options to appease everyone including some fishing if interested.

The cafe is pretty expensive in all honesty, I'm hoping that the proceeds go to keeping the grounds maintained.
