Lovely, quiet walking in the autumn sun, there are splendid new graffiti to be seen under the arches of the Lower Hillmorton Rd and the platforms of the station on Hillmorton Road. The path is easily accessible by ramps from Clifton Road, and Lower Hillmorton Road

This former section of the Great Central Railway is now a superb nature walk on a long straight section which takes you from the town centre to the outskirts of Dunchurch. It passes through the former Hillmorton station, where much of the platform can still be seen and through a number of bridges under busy main roads. This place is superb for walkers, runners and cyclists. Dogs love it and there are various entry / exit points.

Lovely surprise. A very pleasant and easy 3 mile walk from near the centre of Rugby to the new forest on the outskirts and back. Incredible what Nature can do given 50 years and some help. Well done to all concerned for bringing such a treat to people's doorsteps. Shows what can be done. 👍👍👍

Lovely walk paved so easy for the whole family. Great to allow some free time for your dog as along the walk are areas to allow off lead time. Lots of nature ie birds squirrels foxes. Defo recommended
