Faced with long queues at the Post Office up the road, this is a great alternative - I have always found it quick and easy to send parcels in the UK and abroad. If you do have to pay a bit extra than elsewhere (not sure of this but some of the previous reviews suggest that is the case) then I'd say its worth it to save 20-30 minutes of your life! In my experience the prices are comparable with other retailers I've used. I've always found the service to be very personable and friendly.

I needed a huge oil painting packed and shipped on a weekend. The young lady handled the whole transaction quickly and efficiently, and the painting arrived at its destination a couple of days later in perfect condition. Highly recommended!

I run a small e-commerce company (Makers Cabinet) and have used MBE for all my shipping needs, including sending hundreds of parcels with them. I have found that the prices are perfectly fair and their service is incredible! They are always happy to help and always stay on top of their work. I used them to hold some of my stock and fulfill orders as they came in. This relived me of hours of packing, printing and waiting at post offices. I could not recommend their service enough and appreciate all the work they have done for me and my company.

worst customer service ever! the manager is more interested in doing her make up and hair rather than help the customers! Plus, they asked for £120 for sending over Italy a box of 2 Kg with UPS (if you go on the UPS website the price is £40-46 for the super express-luxury). I will never again go there!

They are the paragon of efficiency and service. I came in with a still-open box for an item I was returning outside the UK. They printed out the mailing label and taped it all up in a flash. Later they rang me to say that I needed to provide a customs declaration and they kindly held the package until I was able to send them the pdf. Within seconds, they took care of it. Excellent all around!
