Mail Boxes Etc. Highgate

I regularly send my letters and ebay parcels from here. The staff is fantastic, always willing to help you pack and their metallic envelopes are just marvelous!

Sean at Mail Boxes Etc. in Highgate was super helpful in getting my package to Poland via Fed Ex. It was expertly packed and he guided me through the process. During these challenging times when we need to support friends and colleagues in Eastern Europe, it's great to know we have friends in Highgate who are here to help.

Excellent friendly service for arranging a courier packet overseas. I am really pleased we have MBE in Highgate and Sean in particular. It is a pleasure to both dispatch and receive through hima and MBE

I had a number of packages to send via FedEx and Royal Mail. Staff at this MBE were incredibly helpful in sorting out documentation for my FedEx delivery and in keeping my packages safe while this was sorted, and then they processed the shipping for me. Really great service - I'll be coming back again when I have more packages to send in the future.

Very helpful service, staff went out of their way to assist with sending a package via UPS. Highly recommend and will be using their services again!

This shop has literally saved Highgate Village ! When the post office shut we had to go to Junction road or Archway road , neither of which is convenient when you have a business to run. We are so grateful for the friendly , professional and knowledgeable service we receive. Thank you so so much Mail Boxes etc !!!!

Went to enquire about dropping off a parcel for DHL and was met with an unecessarily rude response as if my presence in the shop offended him. Spoke down to me like I didn't know what I needed to do even after explaining the situation to him. This is not a DHL ServicePoint and that is all he had to politely say. Wouldn't even use them now for their regular services. PROPER customer service goes a long way. Disgraceful.
