Mail Boxes Etc. Camden

Really happy to find this place in a convenient location with a huge range of services. I was surprised that they can post via royal mail, and printing / copy services that you can just send an email. So easy.
Service was welcoming and efficient.

UPS point only for customers who is willing to post something using them! No more drop off point. I asked why they haven't remove it from the website, answer was lame as the guy who gave it to me.. 'website didn't update itself.. go to Kentish Town, said imbecile!!

I strongly recommend you look elsewhere for a mailbox. This business is run by the same limited company that operated the mailboxes in Oxford Street. Following the sudden closure of their shop in Oxford Street (for unpaid rent), they lefts tens of customers stranded with no refunds on postal services, or refunds on their mailboxes paid in advance. Be ware!

This company shut down their other branch in Oxford Street a few weeks ago withouth refunding their customer for unused time on their mailboxes! Stay well clear of this company your money is at stake.

Had to have a fairly large and reasonably valuable painting securely wrapped and couriered from London to Devon - at quite short notice too.
I found the staff extremely helpful, courteous and efficient in all respects and would highly recommend them.

I needed to send a very important gift so Andrea advised me of the safest way to send it. Renata walked through the complicated process of special delivery. I also needed to scan important document to return electronically rather than posting them physically. Both the sending of the gift safely plus the return of the documents were very important to me. The assistance I got really made a difference to my life and made my day. By the way the choice of cards available brilliant and I found the perfect one to send with my gift. So I realize this shop is a one stop facility for multiple needs. A real gem in terms of products available and superb customer care and service. For all your communication needs this is the place in Camden to go.

Have used the Camden MBE for many years but it seems customer service, even to loyal customers, is hugely lacking from the main two people working at the location (Mattia and Cristina). I will no longer be using this location and I suggest you avoid wasting any money there also.
