we send 2 parcels to london with 5 days guarantee but never arrived .
they were parcels for EID.
parcels were in pakistan for 6 days . then shipped to Dubai stayed there for another week. and after 3rd week one parcel arrived and one is still in transit.
cost me £110 each but extremely bad service.
the people in uk are not bother. they gave me ups tracking number to contact .
well I gave my parcel to TCS with double money guarantee 5 days delivey,not to UPS.
think twice before handing over your parcels.
I will try to find it out that where can i complain.

This is the wort company never send anything on tcs coz they are always late and never deliver on exactly date i realy upset and i never want any one to be in this situation so please avoid tcs and i prefer you to send parcel with dhl
