DPD Swansea

The most appalling delivery service out there. I have been waiting for 4 days for a next day delivery and have had a variety of messages from delivery attempted (which it clearly wasn't) to an local incident. I have phoned and left a message to phone for directions as we are on the edge of 2 postcodes in a rural area which have been ignored.

Over the past month I’ve had about 10 deliveries via dpd. Everyone one of them has failed at least twice, with lies about not being in, with cctv footage to prove they didn’t show up. Customer services are extremely poor as they only tell you what the tracking says. What is going on, why is the poor service still going unresolved and allowed to continue. Head office should step in as the swansea local depot is clearly incompetent

Absolutely garbage depot, waiting 4 days for my next day delivery, absolute Joke. I'm still waiting and after a number of calls with the number supplied I was told there is nothing customer service can do about it because no one can get through to the depot, not even their own people can get through 🤣 what an unprofessional Joke of a department, Maybe it's time to sack the boss and get someone that can actually run the business.

And on a side note, how about sack the drivers to and hire new ones that actually go to delivery address and not just sign it as delivered at depot.

Google really needs to add the zero star choice because this Swansea Department does not deserve the 1*

Be quicker for customers to get there deliveries by carrier pigeon 🐦

Diabolical service. Driver claimed to not be able to find my house on such an easy street. My Guitar was returned to depot and now they are sending back to the shop a hundred miles away instead of redelivery or even an option to pick it up myself! What a waste of time.

Shocking service. Easier to get in to Kabul Airport than DPD Swansea. Stood at gate ringing intercom and shift manager watched me from 10 metres away and completely ignored me. Another leaning against a van pretending I was invisible?

Informed my company that I was unable to return parcels again.

They have 1 star only because I couldn't give them 0.
Ordered an expensive item that sadly hard the fortune of going through this company.parcel was relabeled not on my request once arriving at the Felindre depot and has gone missing probably some employee house no doubt,Good luck whoever uses this rubbish company

Don't listen to what u ask them ,call when your in work ,just terrible service all round ,then sent my item back without delivering it ,so I couldn't even pick it up myself from there depot ,disgusted with them

Waited in for delivery of parcel today at 11am-12 pm. But the wife saw a dpd van pass where we live which is a complex at 1150 this morning. I don’t think it is too do with the company it’s self, but down to the self employed drivers or employees that work for dpd that delivers the parcels to the customer.
