They need to redecorate the carpet is looking it's worse for wear and tear. Old dark frayed. The walls are dull painting another colour than marigold or fawn a nice yellow with emerald green and white skirting boards. New toilet utilities and mirrors with antibacterial hand serum.

Disaster. Clerks are useless, especially Chandra Ball. She could not get the legal aid transfer form in front of a judge for a mention hearing therefore a bench warrant was issued. This is one of her many mistakes. Administration is a shambles.

This court violates basic civil rights, judges are biased and do not follow the law. Racial profiling and injustice can be found here.

I have been to Isleworth Crown Court for Jury service for two weeks and I have met some amazing Staff, a Judge who should be cloned and lovely Ushers and Receptionists.
I was so looked after and respected and valued for my time and honesty, I would not hesitate to attend again.

Despite our entry being a little muddled up and confused with the security, the witness protection team were phenomenal and very supportive! Thank you to the Head of witness care (can't spell her name) and Eva, Rita and everyone else who supported myself and a friend during our difficult time and sorting out complications out at the start very quickly.

They even offered extra support after my attendance to the court and shared a pizza with us. They were so caring and accommodating to us and made us feel at ease and welcome despite our anxiety and nervousness during our visit.

The staff were very nice from security to the judge they all treat you with respect and kindness. There's enough places to sit, clean toilets, cafe and always someone to help.
If you're summoned as a juror bring a book, wi-fi doesn't support games, you can't also use headphones as you must be able to hear announcements. I wish there was a loudspeaker or names and announcements displayed on the screen - I was always stressed that I won't hear my name.
There's nice outside garden to relax and a praying room but it's best to relay on someone to look out in case there a call out.
The walk from waiting area to the court is really long and includes stairs.
In deliberation room you sit on a chair with small desk on the side. It's not easy to look through all the papers on such small space.
Everything in the court takes so much time, no one is in a hurry.
There are 3 disabled parking spaces at the entrance and bigger parking at the back but better be early to get a space.
