Seem to have forgotten they are a service, and they are dealing with the bereaved.

From a funeral directors point of view they are certainly the most efficient that is for sure, and please know that these people are under an awful lot of stress and pressure to get results! I would like to thank Michelle and her colleagues for the help they have given me over the past 3 years.

Dueing the time I was dealing with this court, the help and assistance given, was more than I expected.

Very slow to respond or communicate with bereaved families at crucial stages of the process. Upsetting.
