Absolutely disgusted the way this place treats people! My Dad is now severely depressed because of how he was treated here by staff! Someone who has worked hard all of his life and has done a lot of charity work, was treated with no respect whatsoever and like some sort of criminal! He got told that if he was really so ill then he wouldn’t be here! He’s disabled!! He’s in agony every day and suffers. They belittled him because he was emotional! People who come here are at very low points in their lives and are suffering with disabilities and need help and it’s discusting they are met with no compassion at all! I feel utterly sorry for anybody who has to come to this place. Staff should be ashamed!

unfortunatly i have to leave 1 star to comment , ive been going through the social services system in cwac for over 10 years , this court and its processes are diabolical its hit and miss what outcomes will be and ya can forget due legal process .

Difficult to find with the post code, but I hope this pin drop will bring visitors to the right entrance..

Evil place

When the judge doesn't even get your name right throughout the case there's not much hope. Unprofessional, obnoxious and patronising, not the conduct you'd expect for someone in that position. Waste of time and money. I'd never go through the small claims again. The admin leading up to the case wasn't much better. Neither party won or lost through claim or counter claim, total shambles!
