Statutory Declaration hearing was booked for 2pm a month ago. Was not seen untill 5pm. I was very fortunate as the women beside me was waiting from 9am and was not seen untill 3pm. Counter services staff are very slow. I had to wait 20 mins to be seen . In the afternoon they are only open for 1 hour and you can imagine the que of people with only one staff member behind the counter processing paperwork and dealing with technical queries. Once i was upstairs waiting to go in there was no member of staff to instruct anyone where to go until the last minute. Be prepared to wait a long time. I have seen people helping other people as no one had a clue where to go as there were no staff to help.

I would not even like to put 1 star. What appalling staff, I would hope I never have to encounter engaging with this court again. I should never have been here in the first place and still 9 months later trying to get my costs back where I've been told I would be contacted numerous times and nothing. Completely ignored by management. I have escalated my complaint via resolver to the highest point and they do not care.

Rude and ignorant. Happy to keep you waiting while they go and have a tea break, and then they ask for a second explanation of your query! So frustrating!!!!

We had a helpful usher on both days of having to attend due to 2 family members in custody. She ( I didn’t get her name, sorry) was helpful, informative and had a friendly approach. It was my first time experiencing this in a court house and I want the lady to know I am very thankful for her help. Praise to the court house for employing such a person. There was a door man that was very miserable and looked like he didn’t enjoy his job ( on the first day) but the others were friendly and helpful. Thank you

I have never been in a court case, and always thought a court simply obliged by law to act rationale sense of society and its participation can only be expected by law abiding citizens like me to be given fair trail against my accused crime that was filed by Bethnal Green police station who are simply too shocking to finally being a witness, victim of the cruel, crupt officer's who has committed serious criminal offences against the law and harmed a clean record African man 34 year since arriving in London at 13 yrs of age.
And I have been extremely disappointed in myself believing in law to be treated as I have been all my adoptive life in Britain..

But am just now shocked and truly truly grateful to Allah for giving me such settled emotions even when they treated like nothing and having hoped for the justice to be decided for the truth and 100% that would definitely benefit me greatly than my abuser..

And it's not serious about it

No one answers any calls - staff don't know what's happening - poor communication between departments. They have NO designated witness protection rooms. Absolute shambles.

Everything was quickly. Case listening within 10 minutes. Judge accept my statement. I'm happy.
