Went here today (8-11-17) for an inquest into a family member's death. There are volunteers who explain the process and come into the courtroom also (and you can leave if needed and they'll come out the courtroom with you). They also speak to you after to make sure you're ok and have thought about support/counselling. I could understand if people found it difficult to find the place, it took me 1-2 minutes of walking around.

I am still trying to sort out an Inquest into my husbands death after 2.5 years. The original lady ignored it for over a year, the new one seems helpful but now I can't ring the office and the email reply keeps saying undelivered. What is going on? This is appalling to anyone who is bereaved. They asked me for information that I cannot even tell them about as they seem incommunicado

Our dad died September 2020, I have continuously tried to get in contact for someone to call me back, filled out their general enquiry form 5 times!!! and no call back.
This family member also left written notes and we still have not received them.

We have never lost anyone close before so never knew what to expect.

Absolutely disgusting! No updates or anything.

Don't hold you breathe with expecting a good service or support, because you wont get any!
