Don't waste your time trying to ring them... send an e-mail instead... although they don't seem to reply as well...

Spent two hours trying to contact via phone, someone did pick up but put the phone down straight away.

It doesn't matter what time of day you ring, calls are just not answered and they simply get disconnected after a certain number of rings, without the option to leave a message. Everyone should make a formal complaint.

Absolutely horrendous service, it’s so unfortunate that us as citizens are bound to the restraints of Attachment of earnings or other court orders, without fair opportunity to contact a court or even visit and discuss the situation. This is an attack on an individual’s livelihood and ability to function . The courts behaviour in its self represents act of criminality in my opinion . Who is monitoring the level of service being offered to the general public? This service can only result in repeated crimes and depression.
