And despite my MP logging a long list of complaints about them on my behalf, they are still making mistakes even now.
Just a few examples are:
1) Making Court orders that are not enforceable, and not worth the paper they are printed on.
2) Unnecessarily dragging things out from one court case to the next.
3) Not forwarding important emails onto the relevant parties before a Court Case
(And many other things too...)
Meanwhile I have only seen my son once since March last year, and my mum and other 2 children haven't seen him at all since February last year :/
The judges don't care. The court doesn't care. Solicitors don't care.
As long as they are all getting paid well ££££££ that is all that matters to them.
The longer things take, the more they get paid ££££££
And the Legal Aid system is being abused by these lying mothers, wasting millions of ££££££££s of tax payers money every year :(
Meanwhile Fathers, Grandparents and siblings become strangers with their children they are trying to regain access for, from the controlling, possessive and lying mothers :(
It's time for a different system to change all of this. I am lobbying Government via my MP to make well overdue changes, to give equal rights to Fathers, Grandparents and siblings.
The current system of solicitors, mediation and courts is just not working :(
