Do not order from this company!
I placed an order on 7th November and it still had not been delivered as of Friday 25th November.
I requested a refund from a college called "Bec" and was told to hand the parcel back to the courier when delivery is attempted. I followed all instructions given to me yet I am now being denied a refund due to being told the parcel was delivered! Complete lie as I personally handed it back to the courier myself and explained the situation to him. I will be escalating this further as I am appalled at the behaviour of a so called "established company".

Really sorry to leave poor feedback but I have tried and tried to contact you for the last 10 days about the appalling delivery I received, but have had nothing but automatic email responses - and your phone is never answered. The three glass vases arrived smashed to smithereens, due to extremely poor packaging. The large box was completely stoved in on one corner, there was just a little bit of brown paper wrapped around each vase, which did not fill up the huge box and so offered absolutely zero protection. There were no 'fragile' stickers either - not that I think this would have made any difference! So very disappointed in both the delivery and your complete non-communication. I would like a full refund and can supply pictures (which I have emailed to you twice already). I have had to get rid of the entire delivery as I couldn't have so much broken glass in the house when the grandchildren are here, although I kept it as long as I could, hoping that I would hear from you.
