Not to get helium inflated balloons

Got there for welcome baby balloons and after queuing to be served, we got balloons that lasted only few hours
All balloons where spread on the floor by the time we need to celebrate
Never again

Very big and useful shop, especially if you're crafty! Large range of crafty things available, and the staff is nice.

Nice store with a good range of products.
Was personally disappointed that they didn't have materials for backdrops.
Also some of their products are quite expensive.

I've always found the staff in the Stevenage store to be courteous and reasonably helpful.

I love going there, but the isles are a bit tight in a wheelchair, things don't fully fit on the shelf, so I have to try sheild my leg but I still get bumped. Other than that I do love this shop.

Lots of different craft options, reasonable prices and very friendly staff to help with the buying process. Went in for something to play with my two year old came away very very happy.

Good range of craft and hobby items. Easy parking. Reasonable prices for some things, quite expensive for others.

I had a one to one sewing class with Karen there recently. She was very helpful and knowledgeable, I asked her to tell me about five or six things. Thank you! I highly recommend the place.

It's hobby craft. Go in for one item, come out with lots. Great if you need craft ideas for church, cubs, brownies etc.
