Great place for all your crafty needs... From glue to cardboard and icing to scissors they have all you need...

Store is always clean, tidy and well maintained by the friendly and helpful staff.

If you cannot find something or need to order it staff are more than happy to help you out.

I have only been to this shop a handful of times and I always love going. I always leave with something and most of the time I don't intend to buy anything. They have a wide range of products for amazing prices. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

I went online to purchase a Hobbycraft voucher and was shocked to find it was £3.95 delivery charge - for a voucher! The e-voucher option was free however, so I went for that. But how disappointing that it comes out on 3 sheets of paper with an untidy layout. Why on earth it can't be set out like Amazon vouchers which come out on one sheet of paper and you can fold it yourself into a neat looking card I don't know. Considering Hobbycraft is a craft store you would think they would be able to present e vouchers in a much more artistic way.

If you don't have a hobby before you enter the store, you will almost certainly want one/be starting one by the time you leave.
So much stuff, so many ideas. Very reasonable prices and helpful staff

Paul our tiller at the Bridgemere branch was most helpful. Though I have the Hobbycraft app on my phone he was the one who gave me some good tips on how to use it. I do enjoy going into the store as all the staff are very helpful and friendly, a bit rare these days.

Paul was absolutely lovely!
I asked him a simple question (so I thought) about where the erasers were.
He then asked me what kind of eraser I wanted... due to certain materials I'm using he advised other ideas what could be best to fix my mistake.
One simple question ended up in a long conversation but I came out with lots of knowledge!

I have since done a little bit more on my picture

Thank you 😊

My wife enjoys it, but as a modeller - the wood section and paint section are very poor.
I buy all mine off line now from dedicated model shops.

Always a good experience however, on this occasion wanted something specific, couldn't find it and very few staff around to ask so left without which was disappointing.
