I have been bringing my grandchildren to Daisy Roots now for several years. They really love coming and the lady in charge is extremely helpful.

I would recommend this to anyone who has children home in the school holidays as a way of keeping them happy for at least a couple of hours.

I also find the prices are very good for what you end up with at the end. Sometimes when the child finished painting it may look it bit, you know, but when it has been glazed and fired the finish item is nearly always something to be proud of.

I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone.

The children loved painting pottery gifts for Christmas presents. Many items to choose from in the shop from egg and coffee cups to tea pots, dumper trucks and helicopters! We only painted but when the children are older we definitely will try the pottery throwing section of the shop.

This is a great place to go and try your hand at something new ... you'll get hooked!
Get down there and have a go, Viv will help you find that inner artistic you.
Plenty of things to choose from if you just want to paint or get stuck in to moulding something from a lump of clay ... it's brilliant or why not have a go at turning a pot on the wheel?
This isn't just for the children, adults are welcome too.

We had such a lovely time here for a hen party. Viv and Lily were wonderful and really welcoming, and it was really good of Viv to fit us in last minute. Would thoroughly recommend Daisyroots to anyone.

Excellent place for doing those crafty things, friendly atmosphere and about half the price of everywhere else! Cheap enough to visit on a wet day. Kids loved it and so did I, even though I'm not very crafty!

A good introduction to working with clay, they also offer pottery painting and sell a large range of ornaments.
They do commission work as well.

Had a fabulous time at Daisyroots Ceramics. There was so much to choose from it was hard to decide what to paint! Everyone was so kind and helpful too.

Viv was very helpful in the whole process of her ceramic painting kit. The kit itself was very comprehensive, and had everything we needed. Overall I was very please with the outcome, we returned the mugs back to Viv who then glazed and fired them. A brilliant valentines activity! I will definitely will be back again. Thanks again Viv :)
