Incredibly efficient and organised, Sam Austin and Lisa Taylor had everything sorted well in advance which really gave us peace of mind. Sometimes a little difficult to get through to on the phone because they are so busy, but the app is excellent and they always respond by email. We had a difficult and protracted purchase but BLJ always gave us confidence that they were working hard to complete. Lisa was particularly supportive at the end! I have recommended to all my friends who have all also been very happy with their work.

They were well organised, quick to respond to messages and efficient. The app made it easy, not just to message my solicitor, but to see where in the moving process we were. After deciding to sell my house and spending weeks chasing the Estate Agent’s “approved” conveyancers with little success, I switched to Bell Lamb and Joynson.

From the outset, the service was exemplary. I installed their app, which broke down every step of the process as well as making it understandable. This was a particularly busy period for property sales due to the stamp duty holiday, however all aspects of the process were handled within a very reasonable timescale. My case handler Jeremy was highly professional throughout the entire transaction

In sum, I couldn’t recommend BL&J highly enough. Their ministrations took the stress out of the entire process.

I had a will drawn up by BLJ and the service was exceptional. On recommendation by me my friend's dying parent had hers drawn up and they came to the house to discuss and returned to get it signed and witnessed etc - all done three days before the lady died. I have nothing negative to say.

BLJ couldn't have been more helpful - with frequent updates, friendly staff and an easy-to-use app, they were the perfect solicitor for a first time purchase of a house.
