Brilliant experience dealing with Georgina! I wanted to book a once in a lifetime trip for a special birthday and she made the process brilliant, with lots of information and clear explanations. Great customer care!

Really impressed with the service. Selected a cabin for our cruise and 30 minutes later changed my mind. Telephone and spoke to a very nice man who said it was no problem to change. Sale of cabins went on sale 1st Nov. Got phone call to say we have our chosen cabin.David wished us a nice cruise.

I telephoned to enquire about joining a P&O cruise from Sydney to Southampton in February 2024. I spoke to Jasmin who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my questions. She was able to give me an immediate quote including flights which was lower than either of the other quotes I had received from competing travel companies. In a subsequent call I have made the reservation. At no time did I feel pressured into buying and was treated in a most professional but personal manner. This is the second time I have used ROL Cruises and can recommend them as an excellent organisation to work with. I feel confident that the period between now and the cruise will be equally as well handled.

We are longstanding clients of ROL. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Liam Oliver in the Concierge department is particularly helpful in sorting out cabins and queries. We can recommend this company to ant serious traveller.

Over a number of years we have booked many cruises with ROL. We have always been very pleased with their service. The last few years we have dealt with Liam and Sally in the Concierge department and have always been pleased with their knowledge and attention to detail. Both have warm friendly personalities and are a pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service. Clearly very busy time of year for them but they had a plan to put extra people on the phones and take messages and arrange call backs. I was called back within 10 minutes. Wish other companies could be so proactive! Everyone so pleasant and helpful and gave useful advice. This is the first time I’ve used ROL and very impressed!
