Thank you so much sweet cupcakes, this place has the best customer service I have ever seen, they reply to messages instantly and listen attentively and are ready to make your requests a reality. I used them for my gender reveal party, ordered cake and cupcakes. Cake flavours were great and design was flawless. My only criticism would be is the level of sweetness cake was very sweet, if there was less sugar cake would have been perfect but very close to perfection as cake was still perfectly textured and moist. They delivered the cake to me in good time with big smiles and lots of congratulations made me feel very special. Thank you, I highly recommend.

The cake was beautifully designed and it tasted amazing. I’m a big fan of sweet fruit cakes so everything was exactly like I had envisioned. I was stressed about the time essence of everything but ‘Sweet Cupcakes’ were super quick to respond and the process was so easy and stress free. Customer service is excellent. Can’t thank enough. I recently had my sons 3rd birthday and I order a two tier superhero themed cake (spider man and Batman). It looked and tasted awesome! My ordering process was so good. She communicated with me in great detail as to what it would look like, what it would taste like, some great ideas that she had- this made me feel very comfortable and confident in their work. I had a Victoria sponge strawberry cake and a chocolate cake both were very delicious. Delivery was done very professionally. I absolutely had a great experience with sweet cupcakes uk. Ordered a graduation cake for my brother and I have never had a cake that I just could not fault. Tasted better than it looked. Couldn't get enough of the salted caramel. Amazing service. Will definitely be my go to from now on. Thanks again!

Customer service was prompt, helpful and very polite. I ordered the mix Christmas cookie box of 10 for my best friend, within 3 days it was delivered to her and she absolutely loved them! Would definitely recommend and order again from here!
