Eurochange Wembley

Very rude staff and unprofessional. Called to change a bigger sum and everything seemed fine, they only required ID and proof of address. When we got there they turned us back to bring some papers to prove the source of the money. They could have said thet on the phone. We've changed before with no problem, but it looks like the new ladies are more demanding. No one at any time said sorry or thank you and they speak to you as if u're asking money for free...
Update: ordered online a smaller amount, paid on the website, but they did not want to give me the money because I did not have on me the card I used to pay for it, although the confirmation email said that you ONLY need 1 proof of ID, which I had. So I called in advance to avoid wasting my time and ended up wasting my time and ruining my day. I wish I could take even this one star back!

P. S.: there was a girl in front of me trying to send money abroad and the lady thought it would be alright to shout at her that she should have cash and should know that she can't pay by card 😑

Stuff really rude and unprofessional they act and talk to you like they are doing you a favour for exchanging your money,asked nicely if I could have 100 euro notes and the reply was "I gave you what I have!"

Called to simply ask about exchange rate. Staff was rude and hung up the phone..
