Eurochange Newport

We have picked up some dollars yesterday from the Newport office and slid between the notes there was a 20 dollar bill in the worst state possible. The bill was from 1993 with holes in it and all dirty. I think is unacceptable to provide a 26 years old bil în that state. Pictures available if anyone interested. Really dissappointed. Polite but 18% spread between buying and selling. That is scandalous and they probably should wear a mask. Avoid them or spend all your currency before you get back.

This is the place cane to my rescue !! I was so stupid !! For the 1st time ever in my life ,I totally forgot to exchange my cash ( $$$ U.S.Dollars ) to £££ before leaving L.A.!!! I went to many places ,currency exchange place at the Heathrow was very good & the people working there were super kind !! And Euro Exchange...after got rejected at Hays Travel ( because of scribbles on my bills & wrinkles ,which are so - norm here in the U.S.!! ) ,the ladies were very nice ,but firmly declined. Lol.I am so glad that I went to Euro Exchange in Cardiff ,then Newport !! The guy helped me at Cardiff shop told me there was another one in Newport, Wales as well ! I highly recommend this shop !! The lady who helped me at this store was very friendly,too !! Neither of 'em showed any concerns & exchanged it for me right away !!
