Our carpets have been cleaned by this family business for 20 years or so and we have always been very pleased with the results at very reasonable prices. They have also during that time cleaned and relined high quality heavy duty curtains. Recently Conrad came to do the job on 2 carpets which had multiple stains and including deeply embedded candle wax. He did a wonderful job and we don't hesitate to recommend them.

Very good cleaning of an old sofa, tried very hard to get every stubborn spot in the carpet too. I was surprised there was only one person, I would have expected two people to move the furniture and get everything done on time but the end result was good.

Do you want your curtains to look like the ones in the pictures attached? Would you like to pay premium price (£176.16 to be exact) for the pleasure? If you do, make sure to use their services.

I cannot compare the experience I had with John Frederick Ltd to anything I had before because they were just horrible. On a league of their own really.

I strongly suggest you stay away from them and choose someone else. Anyone.

My curtains and blinds throughout the flat were cleaned beautifully and the service was impeccable: efficient, courteous, went the extra mile!

I have now had the pleasure of using John Frederick for several years for many of my home furnishing needs.

I have had a silk and wool rug from the Far East cleaned and repaired, new carpets supplied, carpets cleaned, blinds made, curtains cleaned and re-hung and a new curtain rail supplied and fitted.

Every service has been second to none and a pleasure to deal with from the first telephone call to completion of the task in hand.

They are extremely knowledgeable in the industry and give great advice as to what will and will not work in a particular home environment.

I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and will definitely use them again.

Do not recommend. Don’t use them. My carpet got ruined from them and left two large marks which they were unable to remove. They then tried to make me pay for the job they’d done although they’d ruined my very expensive carpet. Costing way more then the money I owed them. Awful customer care.

Great service! We took their service to clean our carpet. Thanks to ALLAH that we got Charlie ! He is a very good man, cleaned our carpet in a very sophisticated way. On his process of cleaning, I mistakenly walked on the cleaned area of the carpet using sandle. He noticed that, and again cleaned that area for me. Very humble and friendly guy!
