Total Care provided an excellent end of tenancy clean which allowed us to get our full deposit back. They were friendly, professional and quoted a very reasonable price. We would happily reccommend them.

I have nothing but gratitude and respect for the job Kier did for me. As you can see from the before and after photos below (& yes 2 & 3 are of the same floor as image 1!!!) he has totally transformed my living room floor from basically a horror show to a gleaming beauty. Terrific value and the friendliest service you could hope to experience. Clearly someone who takes great pride in his work, which is exactly what you want when you entrust someone into your home or business to do some work. You could ask for no more. Keir has made our tired parquet floor become the star of our house. He kept us informed, was knowledgeable, and professional.

A really excellent job done by Kim and his helper. I had an accident which resulted in a large bloodstain on the carpet, probably made worse by our attempts to remove it. I called Kim a day and a half later and he managed to come at very short notice. In a nutshell, they got rid of every trace of the stains and were finished in about half an hour with no fuss or bother. Great service and very reasonable charge. I would certainly use them again.

It does what it says on the tin, and more. Two sofas and a carpet cleaned beautifully with no fuss, minimal disturbance and for a good price. Kim and Jodie are my favourite people at the moment and will probably be for a while.
