Crystal Clean cleaned my carpets 5 weeks ago and shrunk one of them away from the wall and the door plate. Since then I have had numerous promises to replace the door plate with a wider one with no luck Todays excuse is that the shop that sells them is closed on Thursday afternoon even though he told me on Tuesday that he had boughht one to fit today.The man is a liar and I wish I had not dealt with him at all Mrs Keith Shaw
