Fantastic service from start to finish for our office fit out project. Right from the initial design assistance on both the type of blind required for the type of area being shaded and a really cool acoustic product design idea. All the way through to a seamless installation period. Would definitely recommend

I don't often go out of my way to write bad reviews but felt compelled after the terrible customer service experience. I enquired as I moved into a new build part installed with blinds from this company. What followed was 4 weeks of chasing various members of their company by email and phone for a quote, and the promise of a visit to measure that never materialised (despite me calling up on the morning to chase). In the end I just gave up. If you aren't interested in small residential jobs don't waste people's time and engage in the first place.

Terrible service. Our project ordered a large number of custom blinds for a high end refit, one of which is clearly and visually defective. Company has no interest resolving the issue ('well within within tolerances' even though a very obvious physical and visual defect; every other blind out of 10+ units is OK).

They want client to pay extra to rectify their own sub-par manufacturing defects and inconsistencies. They even admit knowledge of how to minimise this defect risk by adjusting the manufacturing process if we were to order and pay again.

However, no interest in customer service and rectifying the current defect despite the large order.

Communications were very misleading with factually incorrect statements to defend their position.

Will NOT be using them again. Very bad experience and bitter taste. Would have cancelled or returned the whole order if allowed.

Photos attached so one can judge for oneself. Left blind is considered ‘completely normal’ and they claim all their blinds of this kind “would likely see the same or potentially an even greater ripple”, so beware.

Consider carefully if this is an acceptable level of quality (or ‘likely’ worse) and aesthetic to you before using this company, as they seem to think it looks great.
