Curtain Talk

I got my blinds and shutters from Curtain Talk and I am extremely happy with them. The service was first class, Derren the owner came to our home and showed us all the samples, measured up and let us know what our options were.
I will definitely be recommending Curtain Talk to my friends and family.

For customer service, Curtain Talk have been absolutely brilliant, both in store and when measuring and fitting in our home. Absolutely faultless, I can't overstate how impressed I've been. Our blinds are great too but it's the service that made me want to leave a 5 star review.

Really happy with my new shutters. Service and cost was good and fair. They took slightly longer than expected which was outside of their control and I was always updated on progress. Overall, really happy and would use again.

Fantastic quality and excellent customer service from start to finish. In our old house, we used Curtain Talk for shutters which were amazing, and we've just moved house and they have fitted our curtains. Lovely fabrics and design, and the customer care has been fantastic. We will be using Curtain Talk for all our future needs

Absolutely pleased with the quality of the curtain fabric. The staff is very helpful and patient to talk you through the options. In fact the shop was closed as owner had Covid but another gentleman named Sam opened up for us and took his time to ensure we got the best price and type of fabric for us to stitch curtains at home. I would definitely recommend this local shop. We wish the owner good health and best wishes to the whole team in the shop.

Having recieved very poor servive from this company, one of the Directors Sam made a real effort to resolve all the issues . He managed to complete without any real drama all the outstanding problems and we are now satisfied with the curtains and the fitting . The fabric is excellent but still having some issues with the tie backs but that was our choice and cannot be blamed on the shop or its staff. I hope that when we come to order other curtainss we will be able to purchase from this company again.

Great service from both Joanna (in the store) and one of the owners, who came round to quote. Both very helpful and gave me good advice and support. The end product (Venetian blinds in five windows, including one bay) is very high quality, at a price point that I think is good.

This would be a five-star review but for the fact that the fitter left a lot of rubbish behind. I’ve been assured that this is not standard practice for them, and was a mistake on the part of the fitter. I’m sure that’s true, but the half an hour plus I had to spend sorting it all out means my experience wasn’t quite 5-star.

Would still definitely recommend
