The Hackney Draper

The staff was friendly when it just opened but not so much in my last visits. I went back thinking it was initially a bit messy and might get better but I believe the shop lacks direction. They don't sell even basic things, like thread. it's more like interior on the more granny side. Flowery pillow etc. Calling it a draper is a mistake.

Fabulous shop, I absolutely love my new rug. Their customer service is great and they couldn't have been more helpful.

The Hackney Draper created a blind for me. It's beautifully made, the fabric is soft and thick - it just looks and feels great quality. The customer service from Juliet was also fantastic. She was meticulous about measuring to make sure the finished product was as good as possible. Couldn't recommend them more!

Great little shop, we had some beautiful curtains and they couldn't have been more helpful. Also excellent for small presents. Very good staff.

These people are a joke.
Second time I’ve used them. Once for business once for the house.
Their service is non-existent.
An order started 5 weeks ago- really not cheap- and have just been told it won’t be ready for Xmas.
Very condescending staff that think they’re some sort of high end artists.
Like using small local businesses but never again these people.
