WARNING do not do business with Peter Brooks from Sunlux blinds !!! I paid him £90 deposit in July and after waiting 15 weeks for 2 blinds finally tried to cancel . He had the cheek to say I couldn’t cancel but as I said to him he broke the terms of the contract as he said the blinds would be fitted in 4 weeks . I urge the previous reviewer to claim the money back through your bank . Why Peter said he had problems with a supplier in China is beyond me as his supplier is in Newport . He is a dishonest man taking money from people and then do not supply the goods . Do not order from him . !!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. I paid a deposit on 28th May and have not received the item, apparently there has been a problem with a supplier in China. In August Mr Brooks promised me a full refund of the deposit - 3 months and more promises later I am still waiting, Sadly I see Mr Brooks has form when it comes to slow service and delays. I have rated this 1 star only because there wasn't the option to give it nil.

I have been looking forward to have my blinds fitted in, I was told blinds can be fitted in after 4 weeks. It has been 8 weeks since I paid my deposit. I have not been told when my blinds are ready to be fit, despite contacting them every other day.

Review from Churchill,s fishbar risca, After ordering a new shop canopy in june costing £2700 and paying an £850.00 deposit mr brooks told me it would be a six week delivery and im still waiting and its now January, after numerous excuses eg ( on holiday, not very well, a large job down the south of the country, and a sister dying) not will not even except or return my phone calls, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY in my opinion he is a BIG con man, liar and basically a thief !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don't buy anything from this man I paid up front for my blinds in April there still not finished its December 8 months to fit blinds they are still not done despite contacting him trade and standards involved terrible service from Mr Brooks

Well here again 1 year later from ordering my shop canopy and paying 850.00 deposit. After many text emails. Etc I've only been returned 300.00 of my deposit. Still waiting for the 550.00.outstanding .was promised by Peter Brooks a full refund in March.

Hi it's churhills fish bar risca .here we are again another 4 week past .have been in touch with Peter Brooks several times over the past few weeks. He offered to complete my order if I paid another £829.00 directto the manufacture in Torquay thats on top of the £850.00 i paid in june 2019 .i refused !!!!
After promising a refund mr Brooks has failed again to give me my money back .be very careful dealing with this man and his company.if you do dont pay any money until you have the goods .well i give up with this man now .off to the small claims court. And trading standards which is already known to .beware when trading with this man and his company. Dont loose you hard earned money like i have.!!!! Philip Churchill.
