Design and Build London have delivered a fantastic service from the beginning to end. I was recommended Design and Build London through a neighbour who was happy with their service. The builders have done a fantastic job with our kitchen extension and full house renovation. The attention to detail from all the tradesman has been exceptional. All of the workers have been polite, punctual and tidy throughout the project. The customers service has also been high standard. I have always been encouraged to provide feedback on the work and the company have always responded positively.

Whenever anyone asked me how was the renovations were going in the new flat I bought, I said that I have the perfect contractor. B&D are incredibly reliable and work quickly. They updated me throughout this process with photos and I felt like my flat was in safe hands. Renis went above and beyond to make me happy and make sure I got what I wanted. I will definitely work with them again at the next opportunity and high-highly recommend them!! It was a pleasure and the end results was beautiful.

We are very pleased with the job DBL has done for us. DBL has completly renovated our new flat in W14 to a very high standard, in the time and budget set. They are very responsive, reliable, punctual and professional. Reinis and his team will go the extra mile and were always happy to help. We were recommended Renis and his team at Design & Build London by a friend and we're so happy they did. The D&B team carried out a basement conversion and completely redesigned our kitchen, including installing rear crittal doors. They did a wonderful job, on time and broadly on budget (things always evolve as a project develops, through no fault of theirs!). Their communication was excellent and Renis was always available at short notice for a chat or site visit which was incredibly reassuring. The kitchen and basement have now been lived in for six months and we are so happy with them. We’re planning on more work and will certainly be using them again. Very happy with what could have been an unbelievably stressful process.

I was drawn in by the good reviews and 4th week into project i started seeing very bad reviews . I can confirm that these guys are bunch of con artists hiding behind a story of someone blackmailing them. Renis is full of lies and their architects are not capable of completing no project. Please void going with this company as i ended up wit the materials and noone wanting to continue the project that was started . We are in to cold seasons with no heating left with us .. very sad and upset with the issue ! Please void and dont fall into a trap like we all did

We’ve had a sun room installed (payed around 30k) and we’ve had nothing but problems. At the beginning of 2020 we found that the floor was damp and rotting, to the point it was growing mushrooms. Upon inspection it was found that the proper components weren’t used to prevent water from coming into the room from the floor. The walls were removed, the section of floor replaced and they left. Unfortunately they did not inspect the entire floor and now we once again have a damp floor with mushrooms growing.The work was promised with guarantee but now the issue is they don't respond to emails or never call back! Avoid bunch of liars that take your money and leave you in full on stress.
